摘要
**Objective:** To explore effective perioperative nursing methods for patients undergoing interventional therapy for pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS), aiming to improve surgical success rates, reduce complications, and promote postoperative recovery.
**Methods:** A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from PCS patients treated with interventional therapy. Comprehensive perioperative nursing interventions were implemented, including:
1. **Preoperative care:** Psychological support, health education, and preoperative preparation;
2. **Intraoperative care:** Close collaboration with physicians and continuous monitoring of vital signs;
3. **Postoperative care:** Management of puncture sites, pain control, dietary guidance, and rehabilitation training.
**Results:** Perioperative nursing interventions significantly enhanced surgical outcomes. Key findings included:
1. Preoperative psychological support effectively alleviated patient anxiety, fostering a positive attitude toward surgery;
2. Intraoperative teamwork ensured smooth procedures with no interruptions due to nursing errors;
3. Postoperatively, puncture sites healed well, with no severe bleeding or infections. Pain was effectively managed, patient compliance with dietary and rehabilitation plans improved, and recovery rates accelerated, leading to marked improvements in quality of life.
**Conclusion:** Meticulous perioperative nursing for PCS patients undergoing interventional therapy plays a critical role in reducing anxiety, improving surgical cooperation, minimizing complications, and accelerating recovery. These interventions not only ensure the success of interventional treatment but also significantly enhance patients’ postoperative quality of life.
