 The number of publications in this field has shown a rapid growth trend since 2015, with the United States and China being the major contributing countries.Harvard University is the institution with the highest number of publications.GUERMAZI A, ROEMER FW, and HINMAN RS are the core authors in this field. OSTEOARTHRITIS AND CARTILAGE, SCIENTIFIC REPORTS, and BMC MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS are the top three journals in terms of publication volume.Keyword analysis shows that research hotspots focus on "knee osteoarthritis", "osteoarthritis", "machine learning", "pain", and "deep learning", and emerging trends include convolutional neural networks, magnetic resonance imaging
