To explore the influence of the rehabilitation treatment program based on HTR (home remote rehabilitation) platform on the limb function and cognitive function in stroke patients.
Research period (January 2025-October 2025), enrolled observation object 60 cases, all for stroke patients, by random number method, a group of 30 patients with HTR platform based on rehabilitation treatment management (observation group), a group of 30 patients with routine rehabilitation mode management (control group), 3 months of follow-up, compare different management mode, limb function, cognitive function, survival quality, daily life ability, medical compliance behavior.
After HTR platform based rehabilitation program management mode, the index value of limb function (Fugl Meyer scale) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The score of cognitive function (MMSE) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The score of quality of life feedback (ss-QOL scale) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The score of Barthel Index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); In the HTR platform management intervention stage, the scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Rehabilitation treatment program management based on HTR platform can help stroke patients improve cognitive function and limb function, improve medical compliance behavior, and improve daily living ability and quality of life. This intervention demonstrates significant efficacy and holds high feasibility for home-based rehabilitation.
