方法：成立母亲角色促成干预小组，通过文献查阅，制定基于过渡理论的母亲角色促成干预方案，关注初产妇需求，提供信息和情感支持，对初产妇进行产后护理指导，包括角色适应、新生儿照护、母乳喂养等知识，评估初产妇出院准备度，进行场景演练，帮助初产妇适应母亲角色。
