目的：探讨院感工作中质量持续改进的细则，研究院感工作的计划性和可行性，保障医疗质量与安全。方法：依据国家法律法规、标准，针对管理中发现的问题逐项梳理，制定符合本院实际情况的考核标准，依据科学的监测结果，发挥三级管理组织作用，开展感控工作。结果：在以日常考核作为凭证，相关监测为基础，医院感染管理工作稳步发展。结论：提高感染防控意识，规范操作流程，认真落实各项控制措施，坚持持续改进医院感染管理工作，能有效保障医疗质量与安全。

Objective ：Explore the detailed rules for continuous quality improvement in prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections(HAIs), study the planning and feasibility of HAIs, and ensure quality and safety in healthcare.

Methods: We sort out the problems found in management one by one, develop assessment standards that are in line with the actual situation of our hospital, and based on a three-level management organization with scientific monitoring results, we carry out prevention and control of HAIs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

Results：Based on daily assessments and relevant monitoring results, hospital infection management has developed steadily.

Conclusion: Improving the awareness of prevention and control of HAIs, standardizing the operation process, conscientiously implement various control measures, and adhering to the continuous improvement in prevention and control of HAIs, which can effectively ensure the quality and safety of medical treatment.
