摘要：目的：明确当前医闹行为的特征和动机，分析医闹行为的结局及其影响因素，提出减少医闹行为发生的对策建议。方法：以裁判文书网案例为样本构建数据库，通过描述性分析呈现医闹行为特征、动机及结局的基本情况，并运用多层线性模型(HLM)对医闹行为结局的影响因素进行跨层次分析。结果：医闹行为具有明显的形式差异和性别差异；医闹行为的动机可分为三类，即价值性动机、经济性动机、混合性动机，其中价值性动机是最主要动机；医闹行为对医院、科室运行以及医务人员生命健康权益均造成了严重影响。结论：在个体层面，医闹行为主体与患者的关系越疏远，会导致越严重的医闹行为结局。在省级层面，城镇化率和医闹指数越高，会造成越严重的医闹行为结局，且医闹指数会对医闹行为的动机进行调节，进而影响医闹行为结局的严重程度。

Abstract  Objective: To clarify the characteristics and motives of current medical quarrels, analyze the consequences and influencing factors of medical quarrels, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the occurrence of medical quarrels. Methods: A database was built based on the case of Judgment Document Network, and the basic information about the characteristics, motivations and outcomes of medical quarrels was presented through descriptive analysis, and the influencing factors of medical quarrels were analyzed by using multi-level linear model (HLM). Results: There were obvious formal differences and gender differences in medical quarrels. The motivation of medical trouble can be divided into three categories, namely, value motivation, economic motivation and mixed motivation, among which value motivation is the most important motivation; Medical quarrels have seriously affected the operation of hospitals and departments and the life and health rights of medical staff. Conclusion: At the individual level, the more distant the relationship between the subject and the patient, the more serious the outcome of the medical behavior will be. At the provincial level, the higher the urbanization rate and the medical disturbance index, the more serious the medical disturbance will be, and the medical disturbance index will adjust the motivation of medical disturbance, thus affecting the severity of the medical disturbance.
